Attractive stone fruit and citrus aromas with complexity from maturation on fermentation lees. The palate is fine and long with persistent flavour supported by oak structure and length.

Pale straw in colour, it has lifted aromas of white peach and lemon blossom are complimented by toasted cashew and leesy notes. The Patricia Chardonnay is an elegant wine that balances natural acidity with complexity and ripe stone fruit flavours. Crafted from our best blocks in the Tamar Valley, it showcases delightful notes of white peach and citrus. This wine offers an elegant profile with mineral characters and a long finish. It displays a harmonious balance of acidity, oak, and layers of intrigue. For the summer months the Patricia Chardonnay would be perfect with lightly fried white bait with a lemon mayonnaise dipping sauce. During winter try it with lobster and a lime and coriander butter.

This layered wine has subtle citrus, citrus flower, mineral, ripe melon, fig and hazelnut on the palate overlaid with a complexity from lees contact and savoury oak. The palate is full but elegant, with a seam of minerality adding length and balance. Tasting notes on the nose are aromas of roasted nuts, toasted brioche, subtle creaminess and a hint of smoke.
