The Hunter Valley, north of Sydney in New South Wales, is one of Australia's major wine regions, with a viticultural history dating back to the early 1800s.
Known for varietals such as Semillon and Shiraz, it’s home to numerous wineries, including world-renowned brands and family-run boutique operations. Most are located south of the Hunter River and offer cellar door wine tastings and vineyard tours.
This Chardonnay shows generous, exotic flavours of peach and melon, layered over a creamy palate with well-integrated oak. Balanced and expressive, it’s a refined yet approachable wine that drinks beautifully now.
This Hunter Valley rose is made from fruit picked at our Dalwood vineyard, on the banks of the Hunter River. It is fragrant and elegant, with ripe red berry aromas. The palate is smooth with a long savoury texture and a crisp refreshing finish.
Our selection of Semillon from the 2019 vintage. The wine displays fresh, green fruit, racy, lime juice and waxy, textured notes. Hints of white blossom, garden herbs, wet stones and mineral linger on the finish. Beautiful uplifting acidity will see this wine last decades in the bottle. See you in 2030.
