Devil's Corner Resolution Chardonnay is a complex, cool-climate white wine from Tasmania, featuring bright citrus and stone fruit flavours with notes of cashew, a creamy texture, and high acidity. The Devil’s Lair Chardonnay gains complexity from the terroir of individual vineyards and the winemakers handle and blend each batch of fruit to make a wine that best represents the Devil’s Lair style. The colour is a gleaming straw green with a nose of elegant pink grapefruit and lemon curd with a complexing flint note. Lemon vanilla and beeswax oak aromas promise an intriguing and flavoursome wine. The palate has tightly woven folds of white stone fruit and fresh citrus that drive a layered and textural palate. Subtle chalky pith frame this generous and richly flavoured wine. Energetic, supple and deeply satisfying.
Above average winter rains preceded a warm and dry spring. This lead to fantastic flowering and allowed the vines to flourish with lush balanced canopies. A cool and mild growing season produced fruit with excellent depth of flavour, pristine texture and great persistence. Pale straw in colour with an aroma of white nectarine blossom and toasted cashews lifted with lemon/lime zest, fresh ginger and wasabi notes. Classic powerful white stone fruit dominates the palate with a vibrant core of lime citrus and lemon curd adding to purity and intensity. Delicate use of oak and gentle lees stirring adds a subtle creaminess that overlays a textural and richly flavoured wine.

A select parcel of estate grown grapes was used to produce this refined and complex wine. Traditional technique of wild yeast and malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels has resulted in this softly textured wine. Cellaring will give further toasty complexity. Drink with South Australian rock lobster served with a lemon and fresh herb aioli.

This wine was made using selected parcels of fruit from our Lucindale vineyard. Made to capture the delicate white nectarine and lemon aromas of the grape, this wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel and bottled early to preserve the pristine characters present. Pales straw with vibrant green hues, its aroma is an intense flourish of fresh kiwi fruit and honeydew melon. Lively and fresh with a crisp middle palate leading to a delicate piquancy and resulting in a perfect balance of flavours.
Golden yellow in the glass. The nose offers notes of white flowers, celery and spices, followed by a fine and powerful sip, enlivened by a solid and fresh structure. It is an ideal gastronomic wine to accompany very tasty meats, both red and white, spicy dishes and the traditional Comté cheese of the Jura.
Pale yellow colour with green hues. Stonefruit, brioche and butterscotch aromas in harmony with vanilla and butterscotch notes from French new oak puncheons (20%). The palate is concentrated, mineral, creamy and long due to a perfect natural acidity.
Elephant In The Room Buttery Chardonnay is a full bodied and round wine with plenty of oak influence from partial matured in French Oak. Although it's heavy on the palate with buttery flavours, the cool climate fruit gives it soft but refreshing acidity.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach top notes intermix with hints of apricot, honeysuckle, crème brulee and faint bacon fat notes. Rich fleshy textured peach, pear and melon fruits drive the palate with some delicate honeysuckle and spice elements lying underneath. Showing plenty of freshness it has a medium to long fruit driven finish. Drink over the next 3-4 years.
The Esk Valley Chardonnay 750ml is a medium bodied and elegant Hawkes Bay, New Zealand Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stone fruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious. Ideally suited to rich seafood dishes or white meats such as pork or chicken, but equally delicious as an aperitif or with hard cheeses.
Sourced from a single site on loamy soil over limestone, this wine shows lifted fruit aromas of ripe lemon, citrus blossoms and hints of fresh peach combined with more savoury almond and mineral notes. The palate shows flavours of lemon curd, stone fruit and some oatmeal, is textural but also has a fine minerally acid line, with good length of flavour.
