The vintage 2023 experienced a delayed start, with a cool and wet spring and consistently warmer weather during the end of summer. Once again, we had to face a hailstorm which affected some of our vineyards. A lot of effort has then been put into managing the crop and dealing with a mild wet Autumn to deliver ripe and healthy grapes in the winery. Fragrant white peach, melon stones and cashew notes turn into a nice grapefruit tension.
