Fancy Pants is a classic full-flavoured amber ale that’s been given a bit more oomph. A bumper malt bill makes for a rich toffee-like backbone that’s dotted with notes of spice, while the hefty dose of hops adds just enough fruitiness for a slightly bitter finish.
Summer Ale was inspired by long Aussie summers. The hop aromas of melon and passionfruit are pleasant and complement the subtle fruitiness on the front-palate. The finish is crisp, dry and very refreshing.
Pale Ale is everything a good US-style pale ale should be: hop-forward, medium-bodied, and bursting with stone fruit, pine and citrus characters. It’s full-bodied and full-flavoured with an unmistakably fruity palate.
