Our Eileen Hardy range was created as a tribute to the great matriarch of the Hardy family. Her favourite colour, blue, Can still be found on these wines that honour her signifiCant contribution to Hardys. 

Sourced from two old vine vineyards in Mclaren Vale with an average age of over 80 years, this Langton's Classified Shiraz is a classic expression of the region and varietal at the very pinnacle of Australia winemaking. 

Traditionally vinified with natural yeast, open fermentation and basket pressing, this classic Shiraz displays powerful dark chocolate, sweet plum and blueberry with underlying savoury influences of black olive and cedary oak adding texture and length. Full flavoured, tightly wound and complex, this extraordinary wine will continue to evolve for years in the cellar.
