De Bortoli Wines in the Hunter Valley is a welcoming slice of family winemaking heritage set amidst 34 hectares of vineyards near Pokolbin. Established in 2002 with the purchase of the former Wilderness Estate, the property includes mature Semillon vines over 40 years old and offers an authentic, terroir‑driven wine experience.
Guests can explore a stone‑fronted cellar door open daily, where cellar door hosts guide tastings of wines from across the De Bortoli estates—including Hunter Valley single‑vineyard Chardonnay, Shiraz, Rosé, and the iconic Noble One and premium fortified offerings—all perfectly paired with a selection of complementary food.
