The 'Mansfield' is winemaker Phillip LeMessurier's premium Chardonnay, and is a great snapshot of what can be achieved with quality fruit from the Adelaide Hills. Mid-lemon colour. Expressive nose of peach, yellow apple, oatmeal and vanillin oak. A richer style, with ripe stonefruit and grapefruit core depth, barrel fermentation adding weight and complexity, fine acidity and a powerful finish.
