Grey Label Cabernet Shiraz pays tribute to Wolf Blass’ blending mastery, bringing together the classic Australian pairing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Fruit was selected from three outstanding South Australian regions to create a unique and exceptional wine, with the concentration and length of the Barossa, the fragrance and focus of Adelaide Hills and the purity and finesse of Clare Valley uniting in a wine of great complexity, power and elegance. Individual vineyard parcels completed fermentation in seasoned and new French and American oak before 16 months’ barrel maturation and final blending.
