Surveyors Hill Vineyards

Surveyors Hill Vineyards is a charming, family-owned winery nestled in Wallaroo—part of the scenic “Hills of Hall” sub-district in the Canberra wine region, just a 10-minute drive from the city. Perched between 550 and 680 metres above sea level on the slopes of an ancient Silurian volcano, the vineyard’s ignimbrite soils offer low fertility and excellent drainage, imparting unique character to its diverse small-batch plantings, including Riesling, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Viognier, Tempranillo, and more.
