Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Attractive white peach, dried honey and cashew scents are followed by some citrus and spice notes. Mid weighted the palate has a gently creamy textural feel with white peach and dried honey flavours overlaying a cashew, biscuity nougat and spice back drop. Finishes long, shapely and supple. Drink over the next 2-3 years.
