A pristine, age-worthy Semillon from premium vineyard sites, showcasing purity and elegance. Pale straw with green tinges, it opens with lemon zest, lime blossom, herbs, and white flowers over a flinty, wet-stone edge. The palate is taut and precise, layered with citrus, green apple, and minerality, balanced by racy acidity and fine texture. Crisp and long on the finish with lemongrass and saline notes. A refined, medium-bodied Shiraz showcasing the elegance of the Hunter. Deep ruby in colour with aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, mulberry, violets, pepper, and subtle oak spice.
