Subtle aromas of citrus, green melon and crushed nettles along with a little tropical fruit and a touch of flint. The palate is crisp, fresh and dry with the tropical fruit flavours being contrasted by the citrus and herbal elements. Ideal to enjoy as a young wine and is good with all sorts of seafood as well as some slightly spicier dishes.
