This expressive cabernet sauvignon has a lovely fruit aromatic profile. The palate is full and supple with vibrant layers of cassis, mulberry and blackberry fruit along with subtle hints of sage, herbs and a pleasant earthy and savoury depth. The complex palate is framed with polished, fine-grained tannins, a hallmark of the Coonawarra region.
Deep red with purple hues in appearance. Attractive and complex aroma layers of blackcurrant, dark forest berries, ripe plum and hints of mint, chocolate and vanillin.
