Hanging Tree Wines is a charming boutique winery nestled in the heart of Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Spanning 40 acres, the estate boasts eight acres of handpicked vines—including Shiraz, Semillon, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon—planted over 45 years ago. The rustic cellar door, housed in a former cow shed, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with antique décor and panoramic views of the Brokenback Range.

Visitors can enjoy tastings of a diverse range of wines, including sparkling, white, red, sweet, and fortified varieties, all crafted from estate-grown grapes. Additionally, the property features over 300 olive trees, producing handcrafted olive oils, tapenades, and olives.
