Promotional Period

NSW & SA: The Promotion commences at 08.00am (AEDST) on 08/11/2025 and closes at 11.59PM (AEDST) on 08/02/2026.

VIC: The Promotion commences at 08.00am (AEDST) on 03/11/2025 and closes at 11.59PM (AEDST) on 08/02/2026.

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Purchase Requirement

To be eligible to enter the Instant Win Golden Can Component, Eligible Entrants must purchase a pack of KENDOR PRE MIXED cans (“Eligible Product”) online during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Transaction).

For the purposes of the Golden DrinkSpot Component promotion, there will be thirty (30) Eligible Products in market during the Promotional Period that will each contain five (5) $5,000 Golden DrinkSpot's and twenty five (25) $1,000 Golden DrinkSpot's on the can with packaging approved as specific to this promotion (“Golden DrinkSpot”).

Individuals that find a Golden DrinkSpot will be deemed a provisional winner of a major prize. To claim a major prize, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

a)     Visit the Promotion Website (or scan the QR code featured on advertising materials) and follow the prompts to the prize claim page;

b)     Input the requested details (including first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address, and state/territory of residence);

c)     Include Online Order Number

d)     Agree to the terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then

e)     submit the full completed online claim form.

Instant Win Golden Can Component

Verification of a major prize provisional winners will take place at the end of the Promotional Period. Once their prize claim has been verified, the individual will be notified by email within seven (7) days of verification.

There are thirty (30) major prizes to be won. Major prizes consist of five (5) $5,000 cash prizes and twenty five (25) $1,000 cash prizes (“Major Prize”) and will be awarded in the form of an EFT (electronic funds transfer). Winners are responsible for providing full and accurate bank account details (including BSB, account name, account number, bank and bank address). The Promoter will not be responsible for a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.

If any of the Golden DrinkSpot's are not found and claimed by 11:59pm AEDST on 08/02/2026, the Major Prizes associated with the un-found Golden DrinkSpot will be null and void

As a condition of accepting a Major Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

Proof of Purchase & Verification

Eligible Entrants must retain the original physical or digital receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as well as the Kendor Golden DrinkSpot Can as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the Eligible Entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.

Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

(a)   are received outside the Promotional Period;

(b)   contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;

(c)   are incomplete or indecipherable; or

(d)   do not otherwise comply with these terms, will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

Notification & publication of Winners

Winners of a Major Prize will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of successfully verifying their claim form.

Any Major Prize winner or ACT/SA winner of a Minor Prize will have their details (first initial, surname and postcode) published on the Promotional Website on 15/02/2026.

Re-Draw

A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place on 27/02/2026, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

The Re-Draw will be drawn from the pool of entrants in the Major Draw who did not claim a Major Prize.

Winners of the Re-draw (if any) will be contacted in writing by email within seven (7) days of the Re- Draw. In the event of a winner of a Major Prize, their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will also be published on the Promotional Website on 27/02/2026. Winner(s) of a prize awarded in the Re-Draw must claim their Prize by 11:59pm AEDST on 29/05/2026.

Privacy

The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at

https://www.drinkspot.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may also use Eligible Entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the

Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any Eligible Entrant. Eligible Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion Eligible Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.

Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products. The Promoter will seek additional consent from Eligible Entrants before using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter which are not connected to the Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, the Eligible Entrant agrees to sign a separate release required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement.

Miscellaneous

Total prize pool value is $50,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:

(a)    disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or

(b)    subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).Except for any liability that cannot by

law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any

loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

(a)    the Promotion and/or the taking or use of a prize;

(b)    any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(c)    any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

(d)    any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(e)    any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant;

(f)     any variation in prize value to that state in these terms; and/or

(g)    any damage to or delay in transit of a prize during delivery, except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.

The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.

Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.

Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms, all prize claims in excess of the advertised

prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

Disputes

All feedback in respect of the Promotion should be submitted to the Promoter’s feedback address at: support@drinkspot.com.au In the case of any dispute, the Promoter will make a determination, acting reasonably and taking into account the Eligible Entrant’s point of view and any facts, evidence or feedback provided, and responding fairly and in a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
