Farmer’s Leap Wines is a family-owned winery located in the Padthaway region of South Australia. Established in 2004 by the Longbottom family, who have been farming in the area since 1938, the winery produces a range of wines, including Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and sparkling varieties. The vineyard spans over 400 hectares of terra rossa soil over limestone, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and coastal influences.
The winery's uncontrived winemaking style emphasises outstanding fruit quality, delivering wines that reflect the region's unique characteristics. Their cellar door offers a friendly, warm environment with country hospitality, providing wine tastings, meals, and light fare.
