Deep inky purple in colour, it opens with a lifted nose of blackberry, plum and pepper, layered with clove and subtle oak spice. The palate is medium to full bodied with vibrant dark fruits - liquorice, blackberry and black cherry, wrapped in fine tannins and framed by notes of cedar, clove and a flicker of peppery warmth.
