Prosecco, Italy's much-loved sparkling wine, is produced from the Glera grape, typically using the Charmat method which imparts fresh, fruity flavours and vibrant bubbles.
Known for its light to medium body and notes of apple, pear, and citrus, Prosecco is produced in a range of styles from bone dry (Brut Nature) to very sweet (Dolce) and is now emulated around the world, including in Australia.
